A: Yes you can, in increments 25 or more .
Q What length are the leis, and may I request a different length?
A: 34" is standard, and yes we can customize to any length at
add'l charge if you need a longer lei.
Q Am I limited to the styles/colors shown on your site or in your catalog?
A: Never. We love creativity. Contact us and we will be happy to help
you design something unique. Add'l charges may apply.
Q Where are the leis made?
A: In the Philippines utilizing only the finest materials, craftsmanship and ethics.
Q What if I need in a rush, sooner than your standard delivery time?
A: Let us know your deadline and we will try to meet it. You may have to make some
consolations, though. Rush charges & expedited shipping costs will apply.

A: Absolutely not. We welcome your phone calls 9am-9pm Pacific standard time,
we can take your credit card information then.
Q How long will my leis last and how do I care for them?
A: Depending on how you take care or treat them, they will last years if not decades.
Keeping them dry and applying coconut or baby oil to return the lustre is best.
Q Are your leis 'child safe'?
A: Yes. Many retailers sell unsafe and toxic products, we don't.
Q I'm not one to buy something without seeing it first. Can I get a sample?
A: No problem. We ship samples for $20 including shipping(priority mail).
Refundable when you order, contact us for a sample.
Q Can you use my FedEx or UPS account number to ship?
